Ms Japisa Mathonsi is the projects and programmes committee chairperson. She holds an MSc(Nursing Science) and a postgraduate diploma in public management.

She has worked as the MMC Finance District Municipality, MMC Roads and Transport Facilitator, assessor and moderator and Project management consultant in Public Health.

She is the CEO of Vongani Skills Development Centre and Project management ( TB Programme) Consultant in Public Health.

She is also an initiator and mentor to community-based projects such as the Home Minceka, White Project Xirilele Bakery, Ndidani Nursery and Xihlamariso Early Learning Centre.
